OK fine, if you're having some technical problems getting the game to work at all and have played it for less than an hour, and purchased the game less than one month ago, you can get a refund of your purchase price. Just log in to your account, then click Account and Request Refund.
The refund is totally automated; there is no need to call or contact us. No tricks! However, this also means we are trusting you to only use this feature when there is a technical problem that prevents you from playing the game at all.
But really, spend some time getting the game to work. It's worth it! Upgrade your graphics card or reinstall your operating system.
